MOUNTAIN YOGA RETREAT INFORMATION: When 2023 17 JAN 2023: Constantia nek - meet & greet, we begin our hike early morning. 19 JAN 2023: Constantia nek - we return at midday. We will meet early on the 17th January, Tuesday morning at Constantia Nek. And we will return at midday on 19 th January, Thursday. Spending 2 nights on the Mountain. Our bags will be taken up & you will only carry your day pack, snacks, water and lunch. Why In our busy lives, we often don’t get the chance to pause and re-connect to ourselves. We will reconnect to nature and the natural rhythm of life. This retreat will leave you feeling grounded and uplifted. You will have time to move mindfully with your body & breath, time to rest or walk in nature & time to immerse your body into cold water (optional). You will be nurtured with nourishing rainbow foods & connect with beautiful people. A wonderful few days surrounded by the beauty of nature. Time to nourish & nurture your body, soul & spirit. Where Table Mountain National Reserve We will explore Orangekloof reserve - the most magical part of Table mountain & stay both nights at the Overseer's Cottage on the mountain, exploring the top of the mountain too.
