In our busy lives, we often don’t get the chance to pause and re-connect to ourselves. In this inspirational weekend of yoga and mindfulness sessions, we’ll explore ways to connect with our body and breath and find a sense of peace and inner stillness.

This retreat will leave you feeling grounded and uplifted, with tools to support balancing our busy lives. Invite yourself or gift a loved one the space to create change and to discover a more balanced you, as you take a pause, reconnect with yourself and feel energized. Once in a while we can all treat ourselves and take part in some well deserved pampering.

Open to all levels of yoga, from beginners to advanced levels of practice. For the breathwork sessions no experience is needed, just your body + breath. Mindful sessions include exploring yourself through an Intuitive Collage Art practice, a process of quieting your everyday mind, and inviting imagery to express the story of your inner world. Connective breathwork and to relax and bath in a Healing Vibrational Sound Journey. You will have time to move mindfully with your body & breath, time to rest or walk in nature & time to immerse your body into coldwater(optional).



The retreat will be hosted in the tranquil Tulbagh Valley, just over an hour and a half from Cape Town. The Guinevere Guest Farm luxury farm house is located in the historic Land van Waveren Valley, it is situated on 95ha of private land nestled amongst indigenous fynbos and lends itself to the ideal space in which one can immerse in nature. The farm house boasts spectacular 360-degree views of the surrounding Tulbagh Valley and mountains.
