Service Description

May 19-21, 2023 We look forward to sharing a wonderful time in nature giving us time to pause and reflect, reconnect to ourselves and the natural world around us. This retreat will leave you feeling grounded and uplifted. You will have time to move mindfully with your body and breath, time to rest, walk in nature and immerse yourself in the magical waters that surround us if you wish. You will be nurtured with nourishing, colourful, vegetarian meals and connect with beautiful people. Where: Grootbos Private Nature Reserve (directions will be sent closer to the time) Timings: We will meet at 14:00 on Friday, May 19th. We will be back to the cars at approximately 13:00 on Sunday, May 21st. The trail includes: ● Three-day hike with exclusive access to the Fynbos Trail through Walker Bay Fynbos Conservancy fynbos and forests ● One night’s accommodation at Fountain Bush cottage on Witvoetskloof and the second nights’ accommodation at Cone bush cottage on Witkrans Nature reserve. Both houses are fully equipped, have bedding, shared rooms and bathrooms. ● All luggage transfers between houses and finish (one overnight bag per person for clothing and personal items + a small food/drinks bag per person) ● Dinner on Night 1, Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner on Day 2, Breakfast and packed light Lunch on Day 3 You take care of: ● Transportation to and from the retreat, any personal items, gear, extra snacks/sweets/drinks ● Packed Lunch on Day 1 INVESTMENT: R4700 INCLUDES: * A three day guided by Lauren Medcalf & Celeste Cohen * Slack packing & staying each night in accommodation along the trail. * Vegetarian/Vegan meals prepared with love * Breathwork & gentle yoga sessions * Time to disconnect & connect with self & nature
