A tranquil studio in nature, born from a desire to create a space for like-minded people to practice, revitalize and nurture.
Founded on a passion for movement, nature and healthy living, and based in a beautiful sky-lit studio,
our goal is to inspire excitement for the practice of yoga and creative movement.
All our teachers are well qualified to give you guidance to grow, may it be through building strength, gaining flexibility, de-stressing, or just to feel good through movement.
We offer Studio classes of Yoga, Movement and Meditation, Online Yoga and Movement, Workshops and Retreats.
ALIGNMENT VINYASA YOGA
For All Levels
This class is open to all levels of practitioners. These vinyasa classes are slow-flowing and with an emphasize on alignment, we use creative and intelligent sequencing to find a balance of strength and flexibility for poses (asanas). Intensity is built through a progression of precise actions and postures, rather than through rapid movement. Classes are fun and playful, with a emphasis on not taking it all too serious.
MOBILITY + FRC TRAINING
(Functional Range Conditioning)
Mobility Classes are focused on FRC -Functional Range Conditioning Principles. Mobility is a combination of flexibility and strength. It implies strength and control over a variety of ranges of motion and implies the health of each joint involved in any particular movement. These sessions are great to support any individual who wants joint health and longevity, as well as increased ability to move freely and easily. Great for runners, cyclist, surfers or swimmers.
For All Levels
This class is open to all levels of practitioners. Budokon style yoga is a modern yoga style which unites the ancient tradition of yoga with modern mixed movement. The style was created as a condition practice for movers of all types seeking the highest level of agility, mobility, stamina, and strength. The techniques are learned through repetition and precision, the emphasis being on the transitions from posture to posture, rather than the holding of postures.
(Yoga / Functional Mobility)
Few investments are as beneficial for your practice as private yoga sessions with an experienced teacher. Private yoga instruction is catered to your individual needs and interests, and provides personalized feedback and hands-on adjustments. Whether you are recovering from an injury, need to work on mobility and strength, are new to yoga, or would simply prefer a one-on-one setting, private yoga sessions can be a deeply healing experience.
For All Levels
This class is open to all levels of practitioners. Great way to build strength, flexibility, balance and have fun while you are doing it.
It is an excellent way to build upper body and core strength. You don’t need to be an advanced yogi or acrobat to try this fun workout. You will have the support of the hammock to try headstands, handstands and backbends.
Yoga basics workshop is open to first time yogis and to anyone interested in practicing yoga in a safe, beginner-friendly environment. You will learn the fundamentals of alignment in poses. These include standing poses, seated poses, reclining poses and twists, and breathing techniques.
These movements will be taught at a slower pace allowing students to build a safe yoga practice. Please contact us for when the next workshop begins.
Celeste is a Yoga Alliance 200hr and 500hr hour teacher, a Budokon Yoga teacher and a Functional Range Conditional Coach. Her love of movement has lead her journey to study various forms of movement, her first love being yoga. For the past few years she has been teaching Budokon Yoga, which is a fusion of martial arts and traditional yoga. She loves to bring all aspects into her classes, awareness of body, mind and breath, a balance of mobility and strength and lastly just remembering not to take it all so serious.
Leilah Kirsten is a movement coach, physical theatre artist & dancer.
She has practiced as a movement coach since 2012. Leilah offers a unique physical conditioning practice that provides students with strong foundations of physical, mental and emotional awareness. The practice is based off three pillars; Play, Dynamics, Curiosity. These pillars are explored through movement games and exercises that develop adaptability and encourage investigation into basic movement pathways which allow for new movement opportunities.
AERIAL SKY YOGA
Deniz is a Yoga Alliance 200hr Vinyasa, Aeraial and Yin Yoga teacher. Her Vinyasa classes are fun and challenging, while her Yin classes are gentle and soft.
